Appointment Cancellation Policy
Failure to provide prior notice and not showing up for an appointment will be deemed a "No Call or No Show" situation. To ensure efficiency and fairness, a $55 deposit is required for future appointments. We kindly request that you consider the impact of last-minute cancellations on our technicians' time and our business. By giving us sufficient notice, you allow us to accommodate other clients and maintain the exceptional level of service we aim to provide.
Class Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be done with a minimum of 48 hour notice to accommodate other clients who may be waiting. Please contact our customer service team to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel after the 48-hour window, a $55 deposit will be required to hold your next appointment.
